C2 specializes in performance-based IT consulting, IT support, application development, management consulting, and a variety of financial management and consulting services. We provide systems engineering and integration services with emphasis on system design, development, production, installation, and support. C2 performs custom software development as well as implementation of commercial off-the-shelf products.  C2 provides information technology outsourcing solutions for both short and long term engagements. We also perform management advisory services where we provide field support, test and evaluation support, and program and financial management support.

C2 is accessible through five different contract vehicles with a range of government agencies: GSA, VA, FAA and DHS. We are a prime in both Functional Areas (FAs) of GSA’s VETS GWAC (www.gsa.gov/vetsgwac). Our customers include the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS), Veterans Affairs (VA), Transportation (DOT), Defense (DOD), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army National Guard and the Executive Office of the President.

As a small company, we focus strongly on our employees and our work environment. Our Project Managers adhere to the principles of the Project Management Institute, and we follow ISO 9001 methodologies. In 2013, C2 became certified in ISO 9001:2008.
